  • After reading some and listening to some podcasts i just decided the time was right. I consulted a friend who brews, and got my set up. A "wind river apprentice" kit, and a turkey fryer off craigslist. I was hooked. brewed my second batch before the first one was even ready to drink.

    Now brewing AG w/ a 12 gal cooler MLT, a keggle, 2 turkey fryers and 2 extra 30 qt pots, workin hard to keep 8 kegs filled.
  • Hop SAC (Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra) IIPA, American Wheat...
  • Irish Red, English Brown,
  • IIPA #2 on 1 oz simcoe
  • recently got kegs, peace out bottles
  • Brown Porter, Founders Breakfast Stout Clone, Amarillo/Aromatic SMaSH, Rye Pale 2.0.
