Okay, so I racked off of the sediment and onto the raisins and there was so much sediment that

Hmm I didnt actually use any clarifying agents. I might have filtered but I cant recall, my gut

Maybe start a mead with unflavoured honey and the same recipe, at the same time? And blend to
