Forgot to mention that the wine I made with the green heads on it didn't seem to be that

Yooper, Thanks very much for your time and the help! When I rack to secondary I will add the
raisins, then if there is lees and sediment I would rack every 30 - 60 days or until lees are
1/4 inch thic...
