  • I am a lucky man. My actual title is "Lifting Boy" for my wife who is the real brewer. My role is equipment and dispensing... and of course lifting stuff. She is the talent when it comes to making the hoppy nectar that we love. I hope to upgrade our system to a more permanent all grain that will not require me to winch up the Sparge tank to the garage roof.
  • I married into it. My wife is the brewer.

I think gungadin was referring to beerthirty not your valves. I think the only thing that would

I guess I was only worrying about hitting the stem with the mash paddle. Any real fear of that?

I just got two Thermometers (dial with 4" stem) and will probably go weldless to mount them
into my Keggles (Mash and Sparge). The question I have is what are the pros and cons of adding

Does Papazian have an updated version. I have an older one and too many aspects just don't hold
    true anymore.
