I assume you used the recipe on page 1? If so, did you use TF CaraMalt? I ask because Simpons
CaraMalt is around 40L and could be a reason why your clone is so dark. TF CaraMalt is around

Kegging improved my beers so much. 90% of the beers I brew are dry hopped, so being able to
rack to a vessel that's been flushed with CO2 for dry hopping has been wonderful for my beers.

Two for 5 gallons unless you make a starter. Yeast is so important, especially in weizens. Each
smack pack only has 100 billion yeast cells, so unless you make a starter, use two.
