Use 3068 yeast and ferment at 68 for lots of banana. Also, use a blow off tube. Fermentation
will be quite vigorous.

Definitely depends on your yeast strain. With 3068 Hefe yeast, I ferment at 68 because I prefer
the banana bombs in a hefe. Most of my beers I ferment in low 60's (around 63) and raise the

A day only if you are constantly agitating them with co2, which you probably are not set up
for. Dry hop 4-5 days then bottle. I've found I don't notice any additional aroma after 4 days

I would double the dry hop in a double IPA. Also not sure I would fwh in a double. I'd
personally go for a straight bittering charge. Looks good! When are you adding the sugar?
