  • I got into brewing when I was on an internship in North Carolina. I was here for three months and didn't really know anyone so I picked up brewing. Since I have upgraded my brew rig to include a turkey fryer (with Aluminum pot) and 3 primaries and 2 carboys for secondaries. I also have a keggerator that can hold 4 cornies. I'm currently working on building an all electric rig using three converted keggles. Eventually I would like to use my automation background to semi-automate the setup to include thermocouples and a touch-screen interface much like Deep Six Brewing v2.0 (thanks for the ideas).
