I just picked up the thermo works THERMA K PLUS. Probe was free! With probe attached accurate

i just checked that lab depot. thats only accurate to within 1.9 degrees F.

thats understandable. its not the .1 degree adjustability.... its the .7 accuracy. it may read
154 but actually closer to 153... almost a full degree.with the former, its will show .01 and
