  • New Brewer, 3 batches in progress; 1 bottled, 1 in the secondary, one in the primary. We are going to keg the second batch, a Kolsch.

    Kegged last Sunday, July 10 and dry hopped with 1/2 oz Centennial and 1 oz Citra, both pellets.
    Removed the hop bag on July 18 and added CO2 @ 30 psi. Will kick it back to 10 tonight and try
