i wouldnt use WLP400 for this beer, if brainless on peaches is what youre going for id use
WLP550, thats the yeast Epic uses for all the brainless beers

if youre trying to clone epic's beer, id cut the sugar down to 1 lb, add .5 lbs each of wheat
malt and flaked oats. then add enough Marris Otter to bring the starting gravity up to 20P. i

I picked up a vial of White Lab's WLP029, German Ale/Kolsch yeast, to try my hand at an
altbier-like brew. The white labs website lists 65-69F as its fermentation range, which is

i had 4 oz of this hop and wanted to see what it was like, so i mashed 95% 2 row 5% crystal 60
and then did an oz at 60 min, .5 oz at 20 and 10, 1 oz at 0 min and 1 oz dry hop. pretty
