  • Asked for a kit for my birthday, fell in love the first time and became addicted. I'm still brewing extract but putting together a single tier rims which will hopefully be complete by the end of summer 2012. My favorite brew I did was a gingerbread stout for the holidays.

    If you were to use a stainless vessel for a mash tun you would need to be able to temperature
    control it either electrically or directly fired. Over an hour it would loose to much heat imo.
