I add the water to the mash tun, stir, let set 10 to 15 minutes, quick vorlauf, and drain.
Works great every time.

another tell tale sign is that the hop cones will start to turn brown. Leave them on there and
they will become completely brown and past use.

For one i would of not used the liquid dish soap, i dont use it on anything that touches beer.

dude, there is no return on investment on that POS. Get rid of it now for what you can get out
of it and stop wasting your money. Trust me, I learned this the hard way.

down to 1.019 and i just bottled it the other night. Tasted it from the bottling bucket, and
