how the - Inspired by my love of awesome beer and a couple of friends that have been brewing for some while. Also me and my boyfriend share a strong interest in awesome beer and the desire to brew our own. We are currently between brews, we brew a new one about every 3 - 4 weeks depending on consumption, which lets face it, when you've brewed it yourself and it's better than what you can buy in the store, it doesn't take long to consume :) I'm a devout hop head but since my foray into the brewing world I've come to love the malt and yeast equally. The slight nuances in the different yeast strains is quite exciting for me and the science behind the process draws me further and further down the rabbit hole. I'm also a keen DIYer which has helped lead us down an easier path to bar construction. I'm very proud of what we've accomplished so far with regards to brewing and bar building. We're currently mid completion of the bar and about to assemble the keezer.
- Really wanting to brew a stout or porter with an infusion, I'm looking towards juniper berries and blackcurrent, these of course are a departure from my usually hoptastic tastes
