    Well I finally tapped my keg of chocolate milk stout. It was not ruined. Flavors a bit muted
    but certainly enjoyable.

    Very near to none. Maybe 1/16th of an inch and taking in to account the grain's displacement
    it's not very much at all.What are you using there for a tube?

    I just racked a milk chocolate stout from my boil kettle onto about a gallon of diluted star
    san. Not happy about this but we will see how it turns out. Will let you know in about 8 weeks.

    I just used this yeast in a recipe I made up and fermented at 67. Very light esters. I think
    you should be able to escape strong banana ester if you stay around that number.
