Everything seems to be fermenting great. The batch with the cote de blanc yeast has a seriously
bad case of the rhino farts but that is starting to calm down now.

Should be fine. Might be a little overcarbed if it was on gas but shouldn't be an issue really.
Will probably take quite a bit of time to get everything cool again starting off with that much

Schedule is definately the key. I know when I work a ton of extra hours it takes me a little
while to recalibrate. I've heard a lot of people didn't like the minimed cgm but its the only
