  • Im fairly new to the homebrew scene, and will the help of my brother-in-law Craig from Rigid Rotor Brewing Co, I am quickly developing a love and passion for this process that many of you share. Looking forward to seeing what I can learn from everyone out there to help create a killer product to be enjoyed and shared.

    I would also say Citra/Simcoe on this one. I would think 1.5 oz of each would do the job and
    not over power it.
