Yup. I set it and forget it at 10 psi and wait for a couple months to go by (which is where
pipeline planning is helpful). Then enjoy!

So 80 days in the keg is enough time for the beer to carbonate and to age. It really important

rice this time and its a little sweeter and not as dry tasting, though the SG was at 1.010. My
OG was 1.057 ...

I just got my next batch of Crop Chopper on tap yesterday...now just waiting for it to carb up!
I used only 2 row, more corn and less rice this time, so we will see how it changes things.
