i made a brown ale (based off of caribou but used some additional grains aswell) and fermented
it w/ washed denny's-... primary samples are amazing! give it a go, i doubt you'll be

i recall reading in the complete joy of homebrewing, that (@ least for extract + steeped
grains) charlie says "the most effective way to introduce the goodness of specialty grains in
