It's Dave. I just moved to Anchorage, AK from Italy. I've been spoiled on good, cheap wine & European beer the last 4 years. My good friend Scott got me into brewing a couple months ago. I've helped him with a couple batches of hopppppppy IPA, I brewed a Porter that is in the keg on CO2 now and we went 1/2 on a Belgian Trippel that's in secondary now. We are still extract brewing... haven't had the courage to try AG yet. I hope to get hooked up with the Great Northern Brewers up here in Anchorage and learn from the masters. Hehe!
