Who is filtering their beer?
I'm having a hard time getting clear beer!!
I have a 1bbl set up, and use Whirfloc, rapidly chill the wort, ferment to my FG(3-4 days) then cold crash (just above freezing for 12-14days). I've used Britesorb A100 silica gel, and also filtered through a 1 micron household H20 filter, and it is still quite hazy!!
My goal is 14-21 days from grain to bottle, does anyone else use a filtering system that works? Perhaps the SuperJet by Buon Vino?
