I have a lager ready to go into the keg. I have been bottling for years and am stepping into the keggers world with everything I think I need except experience. I have been reading lots on homebrewtalk but need help. When I rack to the keg should I charge it with co2 before putting it into the fridge or let it cool first, then charge it? I understand the temp/pressure/volumes, I just need help to get it correctly from the carboy to the keg/fridge. thanks
