I've been having my water tested to figure out why it doesn't hold awesome carbonation. The scientist are telling me that I should check to see what the ideal PH is as there are not a significant amount of natural minerals or TDS (Totally Dissolved Solids). I am looking to make soda with this water.
The ideal levels of solids and PH for water will typically vary depending on the type of beer you're after...
