Default Is it unhealthy to drink yeast sediment in bottles?

I get yeast sediment in the bottom of my bottles (12 oz glass) when making root beer. We drink the root beer directly out of the bottles. I'm wondering if it is unhealthy to accidentally drink some of the yeast sediment.

I'm wondering because I've read that folks suggest pouring into a glass for serving so you leave the yeast sediment in the bottle.

It's very healthy, vitamins!

B vitamins specifically.

Some people don't like the taste.

It's not unhealthy, it's just not that palatable. I pour mine off into a glass, in one long pour, to not stir up the sediment.

Better than yogurt considering you get to drink the beer too...
