Default Temperature for bibs

I plan on builder a keezer that will have 2 soda kegs in it; one for cold water (fed by a filtered water line) and the second will have soda water (fed by a carbonator pump).

The entire thing will be outside. Can I put the bibs in the keezer at 34 degrees or will they be too thick for my pumps.
