Default Root beer shugar

Eh I'm making soon root beer, any advice of the kind of sugar to use?

Plain old table sugar is best.

^if you want a molasses like flavor.
Sprecher has one of the highest rated root beers in the world. They use honey as well as sugar. Just don't add too much. I wouldn't use honey for more than 20% of the sugar
