Root Beer recipe
Saw this at Chow.com today.
I scaled this up to a 5 gallon batch, and kegged.
Overall this is a very good recipe. By scaling to 5 gallon it was too much of everything. Especially the sugar. It was way too sweet. If I make this again I will cut all the amounts of the ingredients in half.
