Default Root Beer anf Honey Malt
I have 1/2# Honey Malt laying around. What if I steeped it and added it to my 5 gallon batch of sprecher root beer.

I've made root beer before but am interested if anyone has added honey malt before. I would think the honey malt would add sweetness, mouthfeel and a honey taste.
