30psi for 4 minutes dispensing a 5 seems to be working.

I use a carbonation chart and keep mine in the yellow. It takes much longer than 4 min. though...

Me and the kid kegged his we did 30psi and shook it on its side for 12-15 mins then reset to 10psi and it worked fine
