Default Making soda

Is there an easy way to make soda without fermenting? I have a full carbonation system already setup for carbonating beer.

I don't have any recepies, but the rainbow extracts, have instructions for sweetening and force carbonating. So it is possible to make it without fermentation, pretty much the same as with beer, only you carbonate just about as soon as you get it kegged. The reason for the ferment is a way of adding CO2
