Default Keep'n it Fresh

Is it at all possible to pasteurize my yeast carbonated soda to keep it at room temp for shipping to a friend cross country ?

There's a sticky in the cider section on in-bottle batch pasteurization. That shouldn't be a problem at all. You might want to test it out first to be sure, and beware of exploding bottles.
