Made my first cola using extract, water and cane sugar. It has been under 35-40 psi at 42 F for over a week now and does not seem to be absorbing much CO2. I am using a keg that I have used for rootbeer with no problems getting carbed up in the past. I replaced the rings on the keg post yesterday and raised the pressure to 45 psi and 24 hours later there is still no change. Anyone have any ideas?
