harry potter style butter beer?
 

Has anyone found or know of a " butter beer" like from the Harry potter books? I used to work at a coffee shop and we made our own carmelly sweet brew. I like to try a carbonated butter beer....ya know for the kids.

Universal studios sells it in the Potter section in Orlando. Haven't had it tho.

I would maybe start with some rum butter, used for hot toddies as a starting point.

I would go with a butterscotch extract. Torani's makes one I think.

I created this butterbeer recipe from scratch if you're interested. It uses a caramel malt as a base with some added flavors.
