I kegged root beer for the first time last week and I have a few questions. I mixed everything and poured all into the keg. Set the regulator to 25psi and waited for 6 days. Hooked up the party tap with 20ft of tubing yesterday and poured the fist glass. The root beer itself is fine but it has very little carbonation. My question is, is this normal or did I do something wrong?
At 25 psi, it may take a couple of weeks to be fully carbed. I think mine was at 30 psi and 37 degrees, and it was really good.
