Default Cream Soda will not carbonate

This has me stumped. I am using the same keg as I did for my root beer which came out fine. This time, I switched to a cream soda and for some reason it will not carbonate. I've had it on 30 psi for several weeks and it is as flat as water. I pull the poppit and it's pressurized and I can hear new gas flowing in, but it remains flat. What gives?

Only option is there is a leak somewhere. Anything will carb in a pressurized keg...even water.
