Default Cola and tubing

I have 15 ft of 3/16 beer line and am planning on using that for some co2 lines. If I use it for Cola, will hte line be ruined for CO2?

I'm just a little anxious to try some cola we made and I'm planning on getting 20 ft of line on my next trip to the LHBS....

why not just use the new line for co2 and the cola line for whatever you were buying the other for? I suppose if you rinse the line out to remove sugars, sanitize and blast the moisture out with co2 you should be fine. Root beer odors seem to stick though.

Say you dedicate tubing to the root beer/soda, do you have issues with the corny and the other gear?

I have 3 (dedicated) soda kegs, lines, and QDs just for soda...especially for the Root Beer.

I need to just pick a vendor and get this stuff started. I really need to get a fridge first though.
