Default 2nd try. W/ rootbeer

This time I did 1 two liter of regular and one diet.

I made a starter this time water 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 to 3/4 of a packet champagne yeast. It was good and alive for sure this time.

New bottles I think my first bottles had sealing issues. They have the new style cap hope those work ok.

More sugar went into the diet this time. 8 tbs instead of 5.

My last results were barely fizzy very flat even after adding a bunch more sugar. Hence the new bottles. If all goes well maybe tomorrow I'll have rootbeer for the evening and fireworks.
