Part of my Cascade harvest from this year, I thought I'd share it with you guys. They're being dried out using the box fan method, then vacuum packed and frozen. I'll be home in a few months to add them to some delicious brew.

I have a Cascade plant too and it is starting to grow cones. I'll be harvesting them later this month and drying, then going after the second batch from what I missed the first time.
