Are the sticks attached to the wall somehow (can't see the apex in the photo)? If not, I'd be afraid they'd be blown over in a strong wind, especially once the hops grow tall enough that the leaves act like s thousand little ship's sails. The buckets have drainage holes on the bottoms, right? You don't want it swampy in there. Otherwise, looks good.
They say to start wrapping the bines around the twine when they are about a foot long. But I noticed this morning that one of my Goldings sprouts started wrapping and spiraling itself around the twine overnight. Since climbing and spiraling is in their nature, I bet if you provide the trellis and twine, they'll do the rest when they're good and ready.
