Default Pennsylvania Meadow Vole/Field Mice

Anyone ever have problems with Meadow Voles, or Field Mice? After the amount of snow cover we had this year, we're experiencing a record number of these rodents. They've already gone through 2 of our hostas, and now I'm worried about my hop shoots.

Caught one in a snap-trap, but not too sure if they'll go after the hops, or not.

I have 8-10 kinds of small rodents at my place. My meadow looks like Swiss Cheese. Haven't had problems. Even the gophers and moles ignore the hops. Deer will take a bite occasionally, but never eat much.

Remember one unassailable statistic, as explained by the late, great George Carlin: "Just think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half of them are even stupider!"

"I would like to die on Mars, just not on impact." Elon Musk
