Default Michigan hop farmers

I just read this article and thought it'd be nice to share with the forums. Nice to see some local (Michigan) folks getting involved in the growing/harvesting of hops.

WOW! did you catch the part about 2 million something being commited to this Michigan hopyard by investors and that they hope to reach $3 million plus?!!

Great idea. We have a few brewers around here that brew totally local. The Willamette Valley is one of the top areas for both hops and barley. Plus, Wyeast is just north of the valley.
