I added 1/2 a cup of brown sugar and a 1/2 a cup of honey to try to make it smoother. I didnt want it to bitter but its a tad. Ready to bottle is there anything to mellow it out?
Time will mellow it out at this point. Just let it condition and get some age on it if ur not satisfied.
Thank You, tested a tad before bottling and it tasted pretty damn good. Cant wait to consume..
