Default Identifying Hop Varieties
I just got about 4 lbs of hops off of craigslists from a guy who went down to Oregon from Seattle to pick hops. He said that he didn't know what the varieties were, but he knew there were two different kinds. So is there anyway to tell what kind of hops they? If not what is the best way to test these hops to identify what styles of beer they will work best in?
