No personal experience but understand that it is not a "hop" specifically.
Hops used for brewing are Humulus lupulus, which can be broken into various subspecies like lupulus (what we mostly use for brewing), neomexicanus (sometimes used for brewing or in breeding), pubescens (don't know if this is used), etc.
Then there are close "cousins" like Humulus japonicus (used as onramental but considered an invasive species by most US states) and Humulus yunnanensis. I haven't found much on your species but I would say brew with it and see what happens. It can't be any worse than Lucky Corn Beer.
