Default Hops leaf salad...

Anybody know if I can make a salad out of the leaves I prune off my hops plants? I have a Cascade and Nugget. I don't mind trying it even if they taste bad, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to end up in the emergency room or on the phone with poison control.

I'll post some pictures of my plants later as well as any salads I make as long as nobody instructs me not to eat them.

If you're all organic, I'd say go for it. It's recommended you eat them when they're young, like the shoots. I imagine they're very tough to chew as the bines mature.

According to this edible/medicinal plant website they can be used for salad. Though they recommend doing so earlier in the year.
