Default Hop ripeness and dry matter test

Also the cone should have a papery feel and split down the middle when ripe.When u first do these tests u will notice a grassy smell,this chlorophyll smell will also go away as they ripen Cheers Glen

I know that this exact page comes up each year, and some people get confused with regards to the chart at the bottom...
