Default Hop Plant Disease Diagnosis

I started a hop garden this year. Everything is going great, except that my Willamette plant has some sort of disease. I keep comparing it to online pictures of powdery mildew and hop viruses, but I can't figure out exactly which one it is. Can anyone help me out?

What's wrong with this plant? How do I fix it?

Try going here and look at the deficiency for Potassium, looks simular to yours. Hope this helps. Try using some liquid fertilizer 10-10-10. Also you may want to add some iron with nutrients in it.

Some of my hop leaves are doing the same thing!! My stepdad is a farmer and he was saying it looked like some kind of mold to him.
