Default hop market

So I was on ebay and looked up rhizomes and wow there are a lot more available than there used to be like this auction
http://cgi.ebay.com/Hop-Rhizomes-6-varieties-30-pounds-broken-into-15-lots_W0QQitemZ260571427237QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_De faultDomain_0?hash=item3cab4471a5
and lots of others. Now I don't know how reliable they are but there are some good deals on there.

InBev backed out of most of their Willamette contracts last year, making in really cheap. That, in turn, reduced demand for other varieties. Farmers were burning hops last Fall because there wasn't any more storage available.

Just supply and demand. Bad weather in Europe plus a warehouse fire in Washington drove the shortage. Add to that, that hops can produce 80% of a full harvest the first year for commercial growers and we have a volatile market.
