Default Hop double-transplant question

I transplanted a cascade hop about 3 weeks ago, and according to the provider, I buried it up to 2 leaves exposed. Now it's got 10 or more leaves, which is fantastic, it's growing. My question is whether or not I should replant deeper, tomato style, for more yield next year, which would technically be a 1st year plant, I think. The climate here won't have a frost for another 2.5 months at the soonest.

you're probably good to go as you just needed to make sure the crown was an inch or so below ground level. they're weeds with a will to grow so go have a beer and forget about it.
