To keep things simple, we are hosting just one category:
Hopped-up Ale

Rules and Regulations:
Each brewer may enter up to 2 different brews per category. Brews must be done on a small-batch homebrew system (no commercial beers). Each entry must include 2 beers in 12oz unlabeled amber bottles.

Entries will be accepted the morning of Saturday, July 18th.

Extra samples and other styles of beer are strongly encouraged to be enjoyed and evaluated by all during other tasting events.

I've enrolled in this course and I'm very excited. Should make for a great vacation and I'm sure I'll learn a lot! Little nervous though, I've never entered a competition and the idea is kind of intimidating...
