Default First Year Hops.

Just wondering what you guys think about the first year these hops have been alive. Its a mixture of 3 strands. Chinook, Centennial, and Cascade. After I harvest this years yield, what do i do towards the end of the year to prep for next year? Is there anything i should do? Trim back ect ect?
