Default Centennial worth transplanting?

Ok, I had two first year Centennial rhizomes this year. The 101f heat in May killed one. The other survived but barely and it now looks good but has only grown to 8 inches high. Should I assume that if i transplant it at my new home next week, it will do ok next year? Or should i assume that if it only grew to 8 inches in 3 months that it is damaged beyond hope, and just start with new rhizomes next year?

Default

It's likely to go through the first year phase again after you transplant. I'd say it's worth transplanting.
